Radiographic Case #0000HS
A 37 year old obese male presented to the ER with abdominal distress following the intake of several cans of beer, a dozen doughnuts, and a stale sandwich. He was successfully treated with bismuth subsalicylate and released. Upon discharge, the patient tripped over his feet, yelled, "D'Oh!" and landed on his head. A cranial radiograph was taken and Syndrome HS was diagnosed.
